To usher in the New Year, our honoured guests shall be received in the "Le Vauban" reception room, where the Chef of “L’Amphitryon” shall present his exquisite creations.
Amidst an atmosphere of quiet splendour and gracious refinement, the table shall be adorned for an exceptional feast, celebrating the finest traditions of French elegance and the art of living.
After dinner, extend the experience in one of our Boudoirs or Suites where the time has been captured in the 17th century.
To complete the sensory delight, a festive brunch will be served on the 1st of January from 12 noon until 3pm.
